Check out the cable: Look at the Ethernet cable hooked up on the rear of the printer to ensure that it is not a cellphone cable (Ethernet cables and cell phone cables look comparable but are diverse dimensions).   Oddly, printing a check web page still is unsuccessful most of the time.
